first of all download opera handler 7.1.0
step2=go to the internet setting
step3=create new access point
step4=connection name=mobilink internet
step5=access poin=connect.mobilinkworld.com
and then gotoadvanced setting
proxy server address =141.0.8.96or 98
port=80
and then go to open opera handler
tick on remove port
selec the proxy type=http
proxy server=0.facebook.com
and then save and enjoy
